Launching a New Website for the School of Executive Teams in Castilla-La Mancha
Toledo, October 12, 2024.- The Government of Castilla-La Mancha, via the Regional Center for Teacher Training (CRFP), has unveiled a new website aimed at collecting, expanding, and streamlining the administrative processes and training offerings of the School of Executive Teams.
This new portal, accessible at http://centroformacionprofesorado.castillalamancha.es/en/community/crfp/escuela-equipos-directivos, features a clear and intuitive interface, allowing school leaders to easily navigate and access available training opportunities.
One of the highlights of the site is the ‘Don’t Miss Out’ section, which schedules training activities, informational milestones, and webinars, ensuring that no educator misses the chance to enhance their competencies.
The digital platform also includes 25 planned training actions, offering over 4,000 places for teachers interested in learning about leadership roles. This school year’s investment is seven times greater than that of the previous year.
It is important to note that the School of Executive Teams began its pilot phase in the 2023-2024 academic year. This initiative aims to train teachers wishing to take on leadership roles, as well as those already in such positions.
The training is organized through a continuous improvement model, dividing actions into three distinct phases: access, experience, and monitoring and transformation.
Specifically, there will be 25 training actions developed, eleven more than last year, covering areas such as center management, conflict resolution, team dynamics, leadership skills, and crisis management on social media, among others.
Pastor emphasized that, with the expansion of training offerings and the update of the digital platform, the School of Executive Teams “becomes a key driver in enhancing the quality of education in the region, focusing on transformative leadership and management.”
Moreover, he highlighted that this initiative marks a step towards establishing the School of Executive Teams as a network for sharing experiences, knowledge, and insights among directors in the region, ultimately aiming to democratize understanding of leadership roles.
